Malloreddus alla Sassarese

Malloreddus alla Sassarese

INtroduction

One first course that is typical of Sardinian cuisine is malloreddus alla sassarese, where the two main ingredients are malloreddus, the famous Sardinian gnocchetti, and cream, which makes for a delicious, rich sauce.

This recipe is so simple that you can prepare it last minute: all you need are Sardinian gnocchetti and a good sauce.

For an extra hint of flavour, don’t forget to garnish with gran campidano.
