Cheese Plumcake

- Arborea Smoked Provoletta 250 g
- Gran Campidano 100 g
- Flour 300 g
- UHT Whole milk Arborea 180 ml
- Eggs 3
- Instant yeast for savory preparations 16 g
- Olive oil 50 g
- Arborea butter q.b.
- Salt q.b.
- Pepper q.b.
- Breadcrumbs q.b.
Instructions
- 1 First, place three eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and whisk them with the milk. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix with a whisk.
- 2 At this point, dice the smoked provola and grate the Gran Campidano. Add the olive oil and cheeses to the egg, milk, and flour mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Butter a loaf pan and sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs over the entire pan to prevent the cake from sticking during baking. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
