- Provoletta Arborea 100 g
- Grated Gran Campidano Arborea 100 g
- Arborea High Quality Fresh Milk 100 ml
- Eggs 3
- Instant baking powder for savory cakes 16 g
- Seed oil 100 ml
Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, combine the eggs, oil, and milk, mixing well. Then add the grated Gran Campidano cheese.
- 2 Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add the provola cheese, sliced.
- 3 Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
