Description

  • Arborea Smoked Provoletta 250 g
  • Gran Campidano 100 g
  • Flour 300 g
  • UHT Whole milk Arborea 180 ml
  • Eggs 3
  • Instant yeast for savory preparations 16 g
  • Olive oil 50 g
  • Arborea butter q.b.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.
  • Breadcrumbs q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 First, place three eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and whisk them with the milk. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix with a whisk.
  • 2 At this point, dice the smoked provola and grate the Gran Campidano. Add the olive oil and cheeses to the egg, milk, and flour mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 Butter a loaf pan and sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs over the entire pan to prevent the cake from sticking during baking. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
