Savory Ricotta Cream

- Arborea Ricotta 250 g
- Mortadella (in one thick slice) 100 g
- Chopped pistachios q.b.
- Salt 5 g
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Arborea Gran Campidano 2 cucchiai
- Pepper q.b.
- Nutmeg q.b.
Instructions
- 1 Place the ricotta in a bowl and, using a hand mixer, whip it until smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
- 2 Season the ricotta with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and grated cheese, continuing to mix with the hand whisk.
- 3 Cut the mortadella into very small cubes and add it to the ricotta cream, drizzling in a little olive oil if desired. Transfer to a small bowl, garnish with chopped pistachios, and serve as you prefer.
