Servings
  • Artichokes 5
  • Mullet bottarga q.b.
  • Lemon 0.5
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 There’s nothing easier than preparing carciofi e bottarga. Fill a large bowl with cold water and the juice of half a lemon. Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves, cutting them in half, and scraping out the fuzzy choke in the center.
  • 2 Slice the artichokes very thinly and place them in the lemon water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, slice the bottarga into very thin shavings.
  • 3 Drain the artichokes well, arrange them on a serving dish, and top with the bottarga slices. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve right away. Enjoy!
