  • Bread slices 4
  • Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 In a bowl, combine the ricotta, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy mousse.
  • 2 Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and toast them in the oven at 180°C until golden brown
  • 3 Transfer the salted ricotta mousse to a bowl and serve it with the toasted bread on a platter
