Salted Ricotta Mousse

- Arborea Ricotta 100 g
- Bread slices 4
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt q.b.
- Pepper q.b.
Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, combine the ricotta, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy mousse.
- 2 Place the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and toast them in the oven at 180°C until golden brown
- 3 Transfer the salted ricotta mousse to a bowl and serve it with the toasted bread on a platter
