Avocado and yogurt sauce
Description
This recipe is a variation on guacamole , the traditional Mexican sauce, and is perfect for accompanying fish appetizers and main courses, especially salmon, or as a topping for a salad or sandwich. For a spicier touch, add chopped fresh chili pepper to the basic recipe. Remember, choosing a ripe avocado is the key to a perfectly smooth sauce.
