Description

Goat cheese sauce is a very easy recipe to make and can be used in many ways.
It can be used as a condiment for a nice plate of tortiglioni , it can be served alongside a beef fillet or it can be used to season vegetable tarts to give that extra touch of flavour.
You can also use it as a base for a delicious cheese fondue , accompanied by crunchy warm bread croutons.

  • Sliced Goat Cheese 200 g
  • Arborea “Moltodipiù” whole milk 4 cucchiai
  • Pepper q.b.
  • Salt q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 Tear the cheese into small pieces and place it in a saucepan over very low heat, slowly adding the room-temperature milk by the spoonful. If the sauce is too thick, add a few more spoonfuls of milk.
  • 2 Stir the mixture constantly with a whisk or spatula, being careful not to form lumps. The sauce is ready when it is smooth and glides over a spoon.
  • 3 Add salt and pepper only at the end. Serve the sauce very hot.
