Ricotta Pudding
Description
Ricotta pudding is one of those spoon desserts that turns dessert time into a sweet experience.
Our version is easy and quick to make, and you can personalize it by adding chocolate shavings or fresh fruit for a constantly new and delicious flavor.
Adding the grated zest of a lemon will give the recipe an extra freshness, making it a delightful way to finish a meal with family or friends.

- Arborea Ricotta 500 g
- Icing sugar 170 g
- Eggs 8
- Almond flour 140 g
- Zest of lemon q.b.
- Arborea butter q.b.
- Granulated sugar q.b.
Instructions
- 1 To prepare the ricotta pudding, place the ricotta in a bowl with the powdered sugar and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Then add the beaten eggs and almond flour. Finish by adding the grated lemon zest.
- 2 Take a pudding mold and butter it, then sprinkle it with granulated sugar so that the ricotta cream does not stick to the mold during baking.
- 3 Pour the ricotta cream into the mold and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 60 minutes. Serve on a plate, garnished with fresh fruit or chocolate, as desired.
