Ricotta and Chocolate Cream

- Arborea Ricotta 500 g
- Dark chocolate chips 100 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Grated orange zest (untreated) 5 g
Instructions
- 1 Start by placing the ricotta in a bowl and blend it with an immersion blender until smooth and free of lumps.
- 2 Add the sugar to the ricotta and blend again until the mixture is creamy and even. Then mix in the grated orange zest.
- 3 Finally, fold the dark chocolate chips into the sweet ricotta cream using a spatula.<br>You can serve this delicious cream with baked cookies, in small dessert cups, or layered with biscuits soaked in orange juice and brandy.
