Puff pastry with ricotta
Description

- Puff pastry roll 1
- Arborea Ricotta 250 g
- Dark chocolate 100 g
- Whole cane sugar 100 g
- Icing sugar q.b.
Instructions
- 1 Pour the ricotta into a bowl and soften it with an immersion blender, then add the brown sugar and mix well to obtain a smooth cream.
- 2 Cut the dark chocolate into flakes and add it to the ricotta, stirring with a ladle. Then roll out the puff pastry and make small mounds of ricotta filling 3-4 centimeters apart, covering half of the puff pastry.
- 3 Fold the puff pastry in half to cover the filling and cut into rectangles with a pastry wheel. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, let cool, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
