Goat ricotta cannoli are a delicious variation of the classic Sicilian dessert, known and loved all over the world. These crispy pastry shells filled with creamy ricotta capture all the sweetness and aroma of Mediterranean flavors.

  • Cannoli shells 11
  • Sugar 40 g
  • Chocolate chips 30 g
  • Icing sugar q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 To prepare goat ricotta cannoli, we recommend using ready-made cannoli shells — this will make the preparation quick while keeping the result delicious. Start by sieving the ricotta (or goat cheese spread) to make it smooth, then transfer it to a bowl. Add the sugar and mix well using a spatula until creamy.
  • 2 Fill each cannoli shell with the ricotta cream, using either a piping bag or a small spoon, making sure to distribute the filling evenly.
  • 3 Once all cannoli are filled, dip both ends in chocolate chips or chopped pistachios, then dust generously with powdered sugar. Serve immediately and enjoy! For an extra touch, you can decorate with candied cherries or orange peel.
