- Arborea Mascarpone 250 g
- Eggs 3
- Gluten-free ladyfingers 200 g
- Granulated sugar 150 g
- Coffee 350 ml
- Gluten-free bitter cocoa 30 g

Tips
- 1 To make the gluten-free tiramisu in a glass, start by beating the egg yolks with the granulated sugar in a large bowl, then add the lactose-free mascarpone and continue beating with the help of an electric mixer.
- 2 In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff, then combine the two mixtures, mixing with a spatula from bottom to top.
- 3 At this point, dip the gluten-free ladyfingers in the coffee, cut them to the right size, and begin assembling the small tiramisu inside the glasses, placing the ladyfingers on the bottom and a layer of the previously prepared lactose-free mascarpone cream on top.
- 4 Smooth the surface well, dust with bitter cocoa powder, and refrigerate your tiramisu portions. Let them cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

Variations
Even if the original recipe calls for the use of ladyfingers, you can alternatively use a pack of dry gluten-free biscuits or even
yogurt biscuits
.
To make a lighter but equally tasty version, you can replace the mascarpone with lactose-free ricotta.
You can also assemble your tiramisu in a baking dish and if you want to flavor the mascarpone,
you can add some Marsala or a pinch of vanilla
which will give your dessert a fantastic aroma.
Finally, if you want to make the mascarpone cream even tastier, you can add lactose-free cream or
pieces of dark chocolate
to the mixture.. The result will be truly delicious and surprising.
