- Mullet 1000 g
- Garlic 1 spicchi
- Parsley q.b.
- Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
- Salt q.b.
Instructions
- 1 Preparing roasted mullet is very simple. First, clean the fish: gut them without removing the scales, and rinse thoroughly under running water.
- 2 Finely chop the parsley and garlic, place them in a bowl with about 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil, and mix well. Arrange the mullets
- 3 Meanwhile, heat the barbecue. Once the coals are ready, drain the mullets well, place them on the grill, and cook. Roast mullets will be ready in about 25–30 minutes. Remember to turn them halfway through cooking to ensure even grilling.
- 4 When ready, drizzle the roast mullets with a little raw olive oil and sprinkle with some fresh parsley. Serve them hot.<br>If you don’t have a barbecue, you can also cook the mullet on a grill pan.
