- Dark chocolate 125
- Sugar 75
- Cocoa powder 12
- Dry biscuits 75
- Hazelnuts 12
- Icing sugar q.b.
Instructions
- 1 First, take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it soften for a few minutes. Then, take a small saucepan and melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
- 2 While the chocolate is melting over low heat, using an electric whisk or a fork, cream the softened butter and sugar in a bowl. Then, mix until thick and smooth.
- 3 Add the melted chocolate to the mixture, along with the unsweetened cocoa powder and hazelnuts. Coarsely chop the biscuits and fold them in as well. Remember, you can also make a version of this chocolate salami without the hazelnuts: the result will still be amazing!
- 4 Once the mixture is smooth, shape it into a salami with your hands, placing it on a piece of parchment paper. Roll it up and pinch the edges together. Let the chocolate salami rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Finally, serve your dessert in slices dusted with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
