Italian Culinary Journey
Description
Discover an Italian menu designed for celebrations or simply for those who love good food. A journey through authentic and timeless dishes: from Sardinian recipes to great classics featuring cheeses, meat, or light ingredients, suitable even for those seeking lactose-free options or ideas for special occasions.
From delicious appetizers to traditional first courses, from flavorful main dishes to regional desserts, culminating in a final stop among the most iconic islands of our cuisine.
We start from the North, with two appetizers that celebrate the love for cheeses and mountain cuisine: pecorino fondue, creamy and enveloping, and biscuits with Parmigiano and pecorino, delightful and perfect to serve with a glass of white wine.
For the first courses, we move to Central Italy. From the bold flavors of Lazio come rigatoni alla gricia, an essential yet intense dish, followed by a humble but incredibly flavorful recipe: pasta e ceci, a symbol of peasant cooking from Umbria to Campania.
For the main courses, we stay in Central Italy with a sumptuous stuffed chicken, the star of festive tables, and continue toward the South with a Neapolitan classic: mozzarella in carrozza, golden, melty, and irresistible.
To conclude, a trio of desserts representing the entire South: tiramisu with cream and mascarpone, beloved from North to South, the sumptuous Sicilian cassata, and finally, gluten-free seadas, a typical Sardinian dessert with a melty heart and crispy crust, to be enjoyed warm with a drizzle of honey.
