Yogurt milkshake
Description
For a quick but tasty snack, there’s nothing better than a milkshake, especially in summer: try it with yogurt to enjoy all the creaminess, and add your favorite fruit for a refreshing sensation.
A milkshake can also be a great idea for children who struggle to eat enough fruit, allowing them to enjoy it in a new and delicious way, sweetened by the yogurt.

- Arborea Zero Fat White Yogurt 500 g
- Arborea High Quality Fresh Milk 100 ml
- Fresh fruit 400 g
- Lemon 0
Instructions
- 1 Choose your favorite seasonal fruit, preferably juicy ones like strawberries or peaches, then wash it well, cut it into pieces, and put it in a blender.
- 2 Add the yogurt and milk to the blender and blend for 1 minute, then add the lemon juice and blend again.
- 3 Finish by pouring your milkshake into 2 glasses and garnishing with lemon zest.
