- Provoletta Arborea 300 g
- Eggs 2
- Breadcrumbs 150 g
- Salt q.b.
- Frying oil q.b.
Instructions
- 1 Prepare the eggs by beating them with a whisk, and add a pinch of salt.
- 2 Cut the provolone into thick slices, then dip each slice in the egg and breadcrumbs.
- 3 In a pan with plenty of oil, cook the provola slices. Once fried, drain them on paper towels. Serve with a pinch of salt.
