Description

Thanks to the cheese’s stretched curd, breaded provola is a delicious and unique second course . It’s incredibly easy to pair with anything: try it with peas or eggplant, potatoes or ham, so your guests never get bored. It can also be fried or baked, depending on your taste.

  • Provoletta Arborea 300 g
  • Eggs 2
  • Breadcrumbs 150 g
  • Salt q.b.
  • Frying oil q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 Prepare the eggs by beating them with a whisk, and add a pinch of salt.
  • 2 Cut the provolone into thick slices, then dip each slice in the egg and breadcrumbs.
  • 3 In a pan with plenty of oil, cook the provola slices. Once fried, drain them on paper towels. Serve with a pinch of salt.
