Light Yogurt Pancakes

Delicious and soft pancakes for an American breakfast, pancakes are easy to make and delicious , and can be garnished with many ingredients: from fresh fruit, to creams, to maple syrup .
In this recipe we want to show you how to prepare excellent yogurt pancakes , even softer and fluffier, to enjoy however you like: alone, with a little icing sugar , some puffs of cream or a chocolate topper.
The secret to making perfect pancakes is stirring the mixture well to break up any lumps and preheating the pan thoroughly before cooking. Also, don’t forget to grease the pan well with butter or oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking or burning.
Want to make these pancakes even more fragrant and delicious? Add a spoonful of cinnamon or grated orange zest to the mixture.

- Whole wheat flour 185 g
- Granulated sugar 20 g
- Eggs 2
- Arborea Zero Fat White Yogurt 170 g
- Arborea Lactose-Free Milk 135 ml
- Baking powder 4 g
- Arborea Lactose-free butter 20 g
Instructions
- 1 To make the yogurt pancakes, start by breaking the eggs into a large bowl and whisking them with the sugar until frothy.
- 2 Gradually add the milk, yogurt, sifted flour, and yeast, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Let the mixture rest.
- 3 At this point, heat a small pan over a flame, melt a knob of butter in it and pour in a ladle of mixture, spreading it evenly over the entire pan.
- 4 When bubbles begin to form on the surface, flip it and cook it on the other side for 5 minutes, then remove the first pancake from the heat and cook the others in the same way, until all the batter is used up.
- 5 Your yogurt pancakes are ready to be served, enjoyed alone or garnished to your taste.
