Description

Four Cheeses Gnocchi is a first course that pleases every palate thanks to its creaminess and the harmony of flavors created by combining different types of cheese. This quick and easy recipe never disappoints — and the rich, cheesy sauce can also be used to season pasta or other first courses.

  • Potato gnocchi 1000 g
  • Gorgonzola 120 g
  • Fontina 120 g
  • Arborea Provolina 100 g
  • Arborea UHT Cooking Cream 200 ml
  • Arborea Gran Campidano q.b.
  • Butter q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.
  • Salt q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 In a pan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the gorgonzola, fontina, and provolina cut into small cubes, and let all the cheeses melt together slowly.
  • 2 Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook until they rise to the surface.
  • 3 Drain the gnocchi and transfer them to the pan with the melted cheeses. Add the cooking cream and mix well so the gnocchi are evenly coated in the cheese sauce. Sprinkle with Arborea Gran Campidano and serve with a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
