Statement

Assegnatari Associati Arborea s.c.a.p.a. Società Benefit is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to: https://www.arborea1956.com/

Compliance status

Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages: In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without moving the focus;
  • C.9.1.1.1 – Non-text content: Not all non-text content presented to users has a text alternative that serves an equivalent purpose;
  • C.9.1.3.1 – Information and relationships: In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text);
  • C.9.1.3.2 – Meaningful sequence: In some cases, where the order in which content is presented affects its meaning, the sequence is only visual and not structural;
  • C.9.1.3.5 – Identify the purpose of inputs: The purpose of some input fields that accept specific data is not correctly communicated to assistive technologies or has not been implemented correctly;
  • C.9.1.4.1 – Use of color: In some cases, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or a function;
  • C.9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast: The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for exceptions provided by the regulations (e.g., logos);
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Reflow: Content that does not require a two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the user agent’s viewport size changes;
  • C.9.1.4.11 – Contrast in non-text content: For some essential components, including in their various states, the color contrast against adjacent elements does not exceed a ratio of 3:1;
  • C.9.1.4.12 – Text spacing: When adjusting text spacing—such as line height, paragraph spacing, letter spacing, or word spacing—some information or content is lost;
  • C.9.1.4.13 – Content with hover or focus: In some cases, when mouse hover or keyboard focus makes content visible or hidden, there is no mechanism to dismiss the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus; the pointer cannot move onto the additional content without it disappearing; or the additional content does not remain visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid—except for certain permitted exceptions;
  • C.9.2.1.1 – Keyboard: Some functionalities cannot be operated using a keyboard (or an equivalent input interface);
  • C.9.2.4.3 – Focus order: In some sections that can be navigated sequentially, where the navigation order affects their meaning and functionality, some focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves their meaning and operability;
  • C.9.2.4.4 – Link purpose (in context): The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and labels: Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • C.9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value: In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or properly set names, roles, states, properties, or values, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
