It is <strong>widely used in Sardinia<\/strong>, especially to add flavour to desserts such as <strong>Sapa cake<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>This <strong>soft cake<\/strong> is perfect as an <strong>after-dinner dessert<\/strong>, but also served for<strong> breakfast<\/strong> or as an <strong>afternoon snack<\/strong>, <strong>dunked in milk or tea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Every region in Sardinia has its own version of this cake, so <strong>many different recipes exist<\/strong>.
