  • Arborea UHT semi-skimmed milk 170 ml
  • Sliced chicken breast 600 g
  • Arborea butter 40 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 10 ml
  • Thyme sprigs 4
  • 00 Flour q.b.
  • Salt q.b.
  • Pepper q.b.

Instructions

  • 1 The process for making chicken in milk is not complicated at all. You'll start by trimming the meat of excess fat and cutting it as you prefer. If the chicken is smaller, cooking will obviously be quicker.
  • 2 Heat a pan with oil and butter, and while you're cooking, coat the chicken in flour. Gradually transfer the chicken to the pan, raise the heat, and cook for about two minutes, until golden brown.
  • 3 For the cream, pour the semi-skimmed milk into the pan with the meat and add the thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes with the lid on. Once the milk has thickened and you see a delicious creamy sauce forming, turn off the heat. Serve your chicken in milk hot. Now you're ready to enjoy!
